Heating maintenance. Unfortunately, making appointments at Höhner has been a disaster for years! If you call for an appointment for maintenance, there is none, no matter what time of year. You have to see when maintenance is possible and you would call back. At the beginning of every telephone call, the employee cannot find the customer. At some point after the third or fourth attempt it does. "Oh, there you are." Needless to say, there is never a recall. You have to ask questions and call again every time. I've never seen anything like it before. I don't know why it is not possible to find an appointment in an order calendar. How can a plumbing company be managed in such an amateurish way? Terrible service quality ... that is not customer orientation!

The appointment is "a bit bumpy". Appointments are only available after 14 days. Then a "Mail back and forth" instead of a short call. The price for the maintenance of a thermal bath was not known. In our case, the deadline could not be kept. There was no information on this. The next appointment is only possible 3 days later. To me it looks like this company has enough customers and probably doesn't need any new ones ... ok
