Thanks for the rescue from "freezing"! Property management apparently did not forward anything. Fortunately, it is known that the Jahnel company works with them. After a few happy circumstances we were "only" 2 and a half days without heating ... And a competent, friendly employee came by on Sunday and got the system up and running again. Many thanks from the whole house HHS1

After more than 6 weeks without an appointment, place the order with the competition. Mr. Experience has shown that Jahnel himself is usually extremely unfriendly on the phone and is fatally insulted afterwards when the order is placed with the faster & more polite competition. The property manager unfortunately works with him, which apparently makes him believe that he has a god-given monopoly on all orders in the house. For me (I have distributed several properties all over Düsseldorf and therefore some comparison options), thanks to their "lovely" boss, the worst company in all of Düsseldorf.
