Not bad...
If you have to use the elevator, you have to go to the other side of the street and over the traffic lights and by then the train is long gone.
There are new ticket machines in Düsseldorf Unterrath. With departure announcement I think it's good
A really nasty station, the area around the train station is not very nice. The cleanliness is not on the first place. There are not enough seats. Not very well labeled, as a stranger it is difficult to find the station.
Built sometime and since then no longer bothered. Very bad.
