This branch of the Sparkasse also likes to close a few minutes earlier and open a few minutes later, which in itself is not a direct problem for everyone, but indicates a degree of professionalism that still has room for improvement. Service has so far been absolutely satisfactory.

So always helpful, friendly staff and problems are solved immediately and if it does not go immediately, then just a few days later. But the problems are solved in any case. Just great this experience. The branch itself could be better developed and makes me more of an average impression. That's why my rating is not five, but four stars.
