Moved abroad and then got a call. My account would be blocked because there was supposedly unauthorized access. In a period of over 30 days, the Sparkasse was not able to give me access to my money. All very nice employees, but by and large no one really knows what the other is doing. At the end of the day, I'm sitting here in debt, almost homeless, and unable to buy food. At my request to transfer the money to the account of a person I trust here, the fees incurred were recorded. That is hard to beat when it comes to cheek! So ... I will close the account and NEVER give a cent to the Sparkasse AGAIN !!!!

Several branches have been closed due to the current Corona crisis. This also includes the main cash desk, which was easy to reach from all parts of the city, and not just for older people. Especially with the size of this branch, this has been done without consideration by "stripe suit wearers". Furthermore, the few branches that are still open are stubbornly closed during lunchtime. Why is it not customer-oriented that at least these few remaining branches offer a small service to customers. Especially if I look at the prices of the Sparkasse, which I have to pay monthly, I can request more service.

I find it very inappropriate in Corana times to close the largest savings bank in Mülheim Ruhr Hauptkasse Berlinerplatz without prior notice. This savings bank has a certain size where customers can keep the minimum distance. Instead, only a few small cash registers are open where customers only have max. admit two to three people. Furthermore, customers who have a locker no longer come to your locker and in Corana times with great financial concern. I hope that I write for many of your customers who think the same. There is also a time after Corana thanks Sparkasse.
