One refused to change a handful of small change, one could wait until the end of October. For 10 euros a month, you can always expect to be able to change your money at any amount. This is feasible for almost all other banks that are significantly cheaper - or free of charge. Only the market leader can't? The staff here was also very arrogant.

I have never really experienced such a disorganized and arrogant Sparkasse branch. With false statements and ignorance, you are lured as a customer and the blue sky is promised. The reality then looks very different. Fees are increased due to the false statements (at the conclusion) of the counselor, cards are withdrawn and fees are charged for cards that are not defective at all (which was clear to me and was also found to be so) is then arrogantly put off by phone. @Sparkasse ..... How do you deal with your customers? Service looks very different. I'm shocked. Complemental description: The callback also does nothing. Own error still not recognized. You can't always blame everything on the service provider or someone else. Sparkasse is Sparkasse for me.

The lady with the glasses and curly hair is so rude and with a normal question, I will definitely not go back there. And that as a private banking customer ... Incredible
