Sparkasse Mülheim knows how to lose customers.
Seldom experienced such bad service. No personal customer advisor who could be reached somehow by phone, only 1 central telephone number. There you get an announcement after 2 minutes in the queue that you should call again later. Now and then you get an AB to leave your number and the matter, no one will call you back.
Modern designed savings bank. Friendly and competent employees.
Mega unsympathetic and snappy employees.

Lt. Website opening times of the SB Center 5-24 o'clock .... I ask myself have I missed the time change or am I in a parallel universe in which it is only 23:19? It's not just that your machines have shrunk significantly in number and are still shrinking. The machines that "work" either strangely always have a technical error or are not even in operation. But the main thing for not providing the service or wanting to have money for account management. That's what I call customer-oriented and not at all money-loving. I would immediately open another 20 accounts if I didn't know what to do with my money, you have apparently very good models that you can put in but nothing to get out
