I had three different banking business to do. To the safe - queue, then at the counter - line up at the back, make transfers - back up again. Reason: the "nice" gentleman who directs the customers at the entrance could not favor anyone and if he would let someone in front, the overview could be lost. It cannot be that 3 simple banking transactions take more than an hour. A more customer-friendly solution has to be found. I'm curious to see if I'll have to queue up at the back several times next time.

try to withdraw money at the cash register for a week DISASTER !!! At first there are no 200 notes, then unfortunately I don't have a personal ID, unfortunately a driver's license with a photo is not enough and today there is a strike although it is displayed on the network as open, as I said: CATASTROPHE

After the branch on Oberheidstr. my father had to close his banking business on Mellinghofer Str. He has often asked employees about the problems with the existing online banking machines. Unfortunately, there was no response. On Sunday, May 31st, 2020, I had to make a transfer with him there. The lighting of the machines is unfortunate and is reflected in the screen and the keyboard. In addition, the keyboard is quite worn out, that you can hardly read the key label. The transfer was difficult to type in. In addition, the machines are very close together.
