The opening times are actually a problem for working people: open on weekdays from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The staff are very friendly and patient with every customer. Unfortunately, the employees seem overwhelmed and insecure when dealing with the technology. It takes about 3 minutes per customer, no matter how small their concern is. This, combined with the above-mentioned opening times, leads to a long queue even for a few customers. For someone with time pressure, it is more worthwhile to drive to the nearest branch in Bredeney or to visit a packing station. And I write that without exaggeration. Parcels delivered here are not forwarded every day, despite the promise that "the driver" will come today. Parcels ordered at the same time as delivery and transported elsewhere with DHL have long been delivered to you. It's a shame, because since the branch on Raadter Strasse disappeared, Haarzopfer Post has been going downhill steeply.

Unfortunately my package was dropped off there. A nightmare for a fully employed person with these opening times! Weekend closed, during the week the door is almost locked in front of you! Why do you have opening times when you don't keep up? Impossible!

Biggest disaster! As is so often the case, you can only find out that the opening times differ in front of a closed door. It's a shame that you don't adjust the opening times here in Google. Service is decreasing massively, you can also close completely!

Outrageous that you have to wait 5 days to pick up your package. And this is what you find out in front of closed doors. Very uncomfortable when using public transport.

This "post branch" is a reason to no longer order anything😂. A catastrophe for three. The employees there are completely overwhelmed and I am not surprised at these opening times. Please make a change as soon as possible
