Absolutely rude staff. I was told they were trying to forward me. But then I was put on hold, where the “Obeeerhausen” song was playing again like 5 minutes before, which I now know by heart and the listener placed it in my face.

You need an appointment for everything, okay, I get it. But you don't get one! I've been trying for a week. Three online forms plus countless calls where you get thrown off the line. Nice woman Herbst on the phone said, solution-oriented as she is "what should I do ???" Absolute disaster. I still don't have an appointment.

Completely closed. The administration can only be visited by appointment by telephone. The guard wasn't the most polite now. There is a lot of room for improvement !!

The thing about the queue is correct so far. But the staff (civil servants?) Is so friendly, I have never heard of that from other offices - especially the tax offices. Exemplary!
