A wonderful yoga school with great, professional yoga teachers. The lessons are excellent, even now as online lessons. I speak from 18 years of experience. 😍
All currently necessary hygiene / protective measures are implemented very well on site and actively monitored so that you can really feel safe. During the times when face-to-face lessons were not possible, various specially developed online or outdoor formats were offered - in addition to recorded audio / video sequences for self-practice - which we participants accepted with growing enthusiasm. At the second lockdown, the school switched completely back to the online offers, which were now even more differentiated and extensive.
With a lot of creativity and love, this yoga school has really committed and competently adapted itself to the difficult pandemic situation, so that for me personally yoga became a support and structure-giving companion in difficult times. Thank you very much for that!

I went to yoga for pregnant women in the yoga villa and can only recommend it. I really liked the course and helped it too. The teacher Doris is very nice and competent. At the appropriate time I would like to register for the "Yoga after the birth" there :)
