I have been training in Phil aka health essence since June! I can only emphasize that the training as well as the personal support of this gym is constantly changing my life. Phil runs his gym with passion, everyone is welcome there and is wonderfully rounded off by his teammates!
I can only recommend Phil and his team - preferably with 10 instead of 5 stars.
Highly professional personal training, an incredibly high level of health and medical know-how, perfect support for your personally set goals and just a lot of fun and success during training.
For those who never really knew what "well being" means, for those who want to be healthy and in top shape and for all those who want to achieve their goals and still have fun doing it: A MUST!

High quality furnishings and knowledgeable, friendly staff. Train since quite some time and feel very well cared for there. Highly recommended.
Attractive, beautiful studio with very personal and individual advice on topics such as health, nutrition and physical fitness. Varied training plans in individual coaching supplemented by interesting group offers. Phil is just a cool guy doing his job with heart and mind.
Phil combines psychological, scientific and sports science knowledge with philosophy. He sees the individual and his goals and does not put his ideas or trends over the person. In addition: great ambience to feel good.
