I have been a regular participant of the Krav Maga trainings for 2 years and have never been disappointed during this time. You can learn a wide and professionally taught range of self-defense techniques at a very fair price, whereby the stamina and fun are not neglected either. I find it particularly positive that new members can also train together with more experienced participants without any problems, without being "finished". I have already recommended this martial arts school to friends several times and can in no way confirm the "lack of transparency" described by another reviewer.

Krav Maga at Spearhead Super Training and very effective for the street, I did Wing Tsung in the EWTO for several years which is good but not as effective as Krav Maga
