I was in the JKD Kids group at the time and for me it was more of a martial arts basics mixed with fitness training. Reflex training, high kicks training, speed training, working on the wooden dummy, you haven't done anything even though it's part of it. Maybe it's different in the normal JKD group, but I found the lessons in the kids group quite ineffective at the time if you wanted to learn the "right" JKD and SV. A little suggestion: Possibly. If you could divide groups according to progress or graduation with belt or suit, it would also be very good that only people with the same progress train together. So beginners mixed with advanced is something like mixing 2nd graders with 6th graders in school. Overall, it was a good time. Thorsten is a very good teacher.
