Were there to ask for a substructure for a garden terrace and there was no advice or any information or information about it (which wood etc.) But it was only asked about the dimensions and then there was the statement that he was not a concrete engineer. Regardless of whether Covid 19 or not the friendliness towards the customer should still remain, but if this company does not need it then please. After saying that it would have been a little friendlier you were still called stupid! and just insolent!

I dared to criticize a wooden cut, because a third of the boards (hardwood) had a frayed cut edge. I was "explained" that it was not possible otherwise, since the boards were always cut into packs of three and the rear one thus frayed. Nobody came up with the idea of cutting only two boards at a time when ordering a total of 14 boards and thus delivering the best result to the customer. The complaint was repeatedly called "ridiculous", and the manager's demeanor was rather aggressive and not proportionate. In the end, two boards were exchanged, but the cutting, which was part of the actual service, was refused. Even if the complaint was not justified from the point of view of the company, one must be able to expect that one is acting within the framework of normal manners and that one is not literally being chased off the farm. I would not recommend anyone to buy their wood here. I have never seen such an unfriendly kind before.
