We needed a new radiator and a fitter came to visit so that an offer could be made. This visit was already charged at € 54. After 9 weeks and repeated inquiries, we still had no offer. Unfortunately I had already paid the € 54 for the first visit. Since there was no service in the form of an offer, I asked for a refund of the 54, - €. The managing director Mr. Behring has been denied several times on the phone and, on my repeated request, did not call back. If you don't want a small order, then you should say it and not sneakily bill the fitter visit and then do nothing. I cannot recommend this company because of your business conduct.

Very nice staff and an incredibly courteous trainee. I was very happy about the friendliness of a Mr. Donats.
