Unreliable it is not more !!! We have a total of 5 appointments agreed, have taken us free and this company has neither come nor they have found it necessary to announce the dates. Even in retrospect, they have not reported, let alone apologized for not having come. Just brazen!

An agreed inspection date for the offer of an air conditioner was kept as agreed. The employee explained in detail the different possibilities. An offer he would like to send us until Friday. We would like to have placed an order with the company. Meanwhile almost 4 weeks have passed. An offer is also after a repeated telephone demand, in which again until the end of the week the offer was promised, not before. Even a message on AB, which is discussed very fragmented, with the request to inform us at least then but briefly, that there is no interest in the production of an offer or to communicate the reasons, did not respond. Too bad that the name of the predecessor is pulled so "in the dirt".

I have rarely seen a craft company that responds so promptly and works reliably. Qualified, friendly employees who leave the "construction site" in a clean condition after repair. We had an emergency on the weekend. The emergency service was directly available and after a short time the fitter was on site.

A strong partner for heating & sanitary, also a competent company. Always reachable in an emergency and quickly on site (even after 10 p.m.)!
