Mr. Küppers is a very friendly, helpful and reliable owner. From one day to the next he gave us time for a defective thermal bath / heating system in the high season and even came the same day after consultation, which gave us a warm night without 3 blankets (winter temperatures outside) and a hot shower in the morning.
