What kind of studio is it where you can't do a trial training ?! I don't buy my car without a test drive 🙄 you just have to show some flexibility! Want to show you the studio and explain the conditions ... Yes, there will be conditions on the homepage and there will be pictures of the studio 🤔 But just to see how you like the studio personally, what kind of clientele is training, etc .. I saw and experienced something like this for the first time here. I signed up in September and then I did not receive a confirmation letter. I visited twice to find out more. Then I wrote an email. But, you didn't answer. The workers who work there already know. You were so relaxed. I wrote this comment because no one should be turned away for something like this at this time. But I saw in the other comments that someone also has similar experiences. Unfortunately, I think my membership application was rejected because of my last name. Incredible!!!
0 stars for the central office that manages the registrations. It is disrespectful and unprofessional not to say that you have not been accepted.

I was a member myself and can confirm that promised services or offers are often not kept. How often were cardio machines broken? The course schedule looks good, but unfortunately you often only find out when you wait in the course room that a course is not taking place. Unfortunately, indoor cycling hardly took place, even though it is advertised. The course room was also closed to indoor cycling during Corona, so that only one spinning bike was available in the endurance area. In my experience, if you want to train for around € 20 a month, you have to expect the corresponding performance in this studio.
Very good devices, very good ventilation system, good spacing between the devices, and unfortunately they are closed again due to Corona, which is unfortunately incomprehensible.
