Wanted to place shoes from an online order when the saleswoman (blond, middle age) saw the package, she looked strange. Then the annoyed question came up whether I already knew that the package could also be handed in at the post office. When I said that I knew I would like to hand it over here and that it is being offered, she said it was so much, she had to fill out so much and the next time I should print out a return label and hand it in at the post office.
Very, very unfriendly staff, if the online shop offers something like this, the shop assistants should accept it kindly!
When asked what size my daughter needs, I got the answer: there they have to try. And gone was the saleswoman.
Always tidy and clean. However, it is annoying to constantly have to say at the box office that you do not need any shoe care products. Partly that is very penetrating ..
