Very, very unfriendly today.
Young lady with glasses and a Russian accent pisses off customers and her apparently new older colleague.
It's out of place, doesn't work at all.
Buy elsewhere in the future !!!
Hopefully Deichmann supervisors will read that too, because that's not how you can deal with customers!
Just bought 7 pairs of shoes in the action. Instead of € 185.00 only 85 paid. If you are looking for a bargain, this is the right place. Even outside of the promotional times, there are branded goods at good prices!
I wanted to return shoes from an online order, stood at the checkout then the saleswoman came (younger, brown hair with glasses)
When she saw the 2 packages, she didn't even say hello, despite a friendly hello from me. The question immediately came up why I don't hand the shoes over to the post office right away? Was very annoyed ..
So if the online shop offers this service, then the sellers should also kindly accept it.
Despite the single couple and Blackweek, no better price or accommodating. Too bad.
