I personally am very, very satisfied with the Sparkasse Hef / Rof! Had a difficult problem to solve, and the employees were very helpful, competent and tried very hard to help me solve my problem, again a huge compliment! The same goes for the Niedraula branch!

This bank is a disaster. Unfortunately, you cannot give zero stars. Account cancellations are ignored (did not arrive), but diligently absurdly high fees are charged monthly. A renewed cancellation does not seem to have been carried out again - at least further fees will be charged. We hope that this arrogant behavior will have consequences for the bank.

Absurd account management fees (e.g. 10 cents for an incoming payment) and poor service. Investments are made in sumptuous properties in exposed locations, but at the same time the branch network is being thinned out. "Highly qualified" "online advice" is being promoted. Everything sounds like satire, but it is a reality. A direct bank is definitely an alternative!
