Opening an account for a club account is super complicated. Communication with the customer advisors is unfortunately very difficult and can only be done by email. Further steps are carried out independently and are not discussed with the customer. Customer friendliness and transparency should be worked on urgently here. Very annoying!

With the budget financing that happened to me in 2015 too. I was in the hallway after half an hour's wait, despite appointment, deterred in the procedure with the comment, nothing new without a home savings contract. Then I turned to a private investigator, Mr. Roth in Gernsheim. Conclusion: We were not treated as a petitioner and friendly advice. In addition, nothing with Bausparvertrag or Blabla. With the contract 3% less interest and within a few days everything was done. Total saved about 20,000 euros. In addition, the advice was free.

For simple home finance, things are offered that nobody wants. If I say that I do not want to conclude building society contracts, I expect that the offer will take this into account. And what is a normal person supposed to do with Swiss franc-based house financing? In retrospect, that would have been top business for the bank, but not for the home builder.
