From my point of view, a bank is a service provider. The greatest interest of a service provider is that the customer leaves the house satisfied and / or well informed. Unfortunately, an "apparently experienced" employee does not seem to have fully understood it and it pulls the really good work of the young colleagues down by simply not wanting / being able to answer general questions and then becoming unfriendly. Training for customer-oriented work might have prevented this experience.
