Unfortunately you have to assign a star here. A-typical for the Sparkasse is the fact that a 70-year-old pensioner is charged a fee of 15 euros for the creation of a financial status certificate for submission to an authority and that you have to pick it up personally (the customer is in a wheelchair) because you wants to save the postage. One more clue to choose the right bank.

The bank consultant Mr. G. is suspended for me if you sell a home savings contract and a Deka fund to a 77-year-old pensioner with a deposit of 4000 euros if the account just has 2000 euros. This will result in overdraft interest on the current account and a mini pension can never be paid out monthly. Machinations of a greedy man without scruples.
