For a long time I was a regular customer. Unfortunately I was very disappointed now. When I made an appointment, I was told that the shop had more time for me than the opening times are ... because my hair is very long and I can only come in the afternoon for professional reasons. It was discussed that I will get lighter again at the beginning and that it should look cool. Baby highlights should also be set. After 1.5 hours I was done dyeing, streaking (no baby highlights), cutting and blow drying. I said that I find it very red, but it was not discussed, only that apricot tones are now in. I hoped it would look better in daylight the next day. I paid € 130. There would have been no time for reworking on the same day anyway since the hairdresser had to leave early to fetch her children - where I have great understanding for! At home I looked closer and decided to go over it again with silver shampoo ... no improvement either. The next day I called the salon to complain and to make an appointment for the improvement that I am entitled to. I was told that it didn't make sense since you couldn't change anything anyway ... it would only be possible in 4 weeks and that I would have screwed it up myself because of the silver shampoo treatment (which is a lie). Then I called again and insisted on an appointment here it was said at the earliest in the afternoon in over 2 weeks that something would be free and you can't save it anyway. Other free appointments would not have been possible for me because I work normally until 5 p.m. and can only start earlier (4 p.m.) once a week. Yesterday (2 days later after the first treatment) I was with another hairdresser who then saved my hair and got it exactly as I wanted it ... it took almost 3 hours for this ... mind you without cutting! Find it a shame that you can not meet a dissatisfied customer! This was my last visit here. And it's a shame that I had to pay so much money overall. If she had said from the beginning the time is too short for my hair, I would not be so angry now!
