Not a review about the business but a very good answer to the review from Anonymous Anonymous. I was in the shop that day myself and knew directly who wrote this review "Anonymous Anonymous" then don't be so cowardly and use your real name if you are trying to write a book about your visit to the hairdresser. Our employees went to great lengths and, in my opinion, performed well. You do not know what you want, that is your problem, but since you are already known in the city and have already seen every hairdresser, as you said yourself, then you should look for the problem on yourself. We told you, like every one of our customers, that you can't conjure up the picture 1: 1 on your hair. You don't seem to have understood that as you can see. The Seda and the Duygu did their best and tried everything but now they know one thing. In any case, they will no longer serve you like no one in our salon. With best regards :)

I love to share my bad experience here online after falling on deaf ears at the hair salon. A visit to the hairdressing salon is a recovery phase for every woman in her stressful everyday life, so unfortunately it was an absolutely serious day for me in that case. Unfortunately, I had to find out here that disrespecting customers was common practice. Every customer should have the opportunity / freedom to express their wishes or disapproval. Accordingly, it was not the case here, the employees could not cope with the wishes and criticism of the disapproval. Curiously, the blame was put on my shoes and you got personal. I don't think any customer deserves this kind of insult and address! Now to the process: In this shop the roles were reversed with the customer. Although the pictures and explanations clearly show that after 3 corrections, 2 “hairdressers” can't get the hair color they want and accuse me as if I hadn't expressed myself clearly. You also had to pay for corrections because you insinuate that the customer did not clearly state the requirements, although you actually expressed it clearly and showed by photo what exactly you wanted. So much for "customer satisfaction". That's the last thing here. First, the first hairdresser started to dye my hair on the roots that had grown out of the same color. When I noticed this, I asked her whether this would mean that the color separation between the roots and the rest of the hair was clearly visible (as not a single strand was worked with). My concerns were ignored with the phrase "don't worry, trust me, I've done this hair color 50 times". When the hair was washed and blow-dried, a gray hair color came out with extreme color separation from the roots. Then there was the first correction: isolated strands were made that were barely visible and certain areas simply left blank. Not a single strand was made on the sides. The front strand was yellow and it had to be corrected again. Since the shop was now closed, I was advised to come the next day. When I came the next day for the third correction, I was neither greeted by the first hairdresser nor received an apology. Then the second very rude hairdresser came into play, who didn't even let the customer pronounce it and said that the first hairdresser did everything perfectly and I made a mistake (although it was clearly explained at the beginning with words and pictures what the request was) . When I said it shouldn't be so difficult to get such a hair color (as nothing extravagant was expected) she said then I should go and dye my hair myself. It could not be bought with money, etc. You can actually understand this type and statement from an employee to the customer, I don't feel like you right now or I want to argue with you now ‘‘. When I finally told her after the payment that one shouldn't treat customers like that, she turned her cold back on me, absolutely disrespectful. So much for dealing professionally with customers ... Due to Corona, all hairdressers had to close, so that I have no way of having my absolute dissatisfaction with my hair corrected. This process cost me a lot of nerves and money (+ the costs invested for the intensive care products for the damaged hair) Definitely not recommended. If you want a professional hairdresser, you shouldn't go to HairbySali. (See pictures)
