I just moved to Hof and was looking for a competent shop that could sharpen my exclusive chef's knives - you don't want to trust everyone, of course.
I struck gold in Mrs. Frecot's shop:

I recently bought a Shun knife. The advice of the two ladies was always friendly and they were on hand with advice and action! Since my range of kitchen knives is not yet complete, I will also buy the next knives there.

These are really difficult times, so you should think about what you want beforehand. As a customer, I don't really enjoy "strolling" with this mask.
So my shopping was very easy, quick, very competent and courteous. And that at this time when all nerves are actually on the edge ... Great advice, great service! I now have the best quality at home. And I can leave them there too. Should the scissors get blunt ...
