The performance of the individual specialist groups is very different. While some really try to impart knowledge, also with regard to home studying during the Corona period and the associated difficulties, some lecturers and specialist groups do not even manage to provide up-to-date documents. Sometimes old legal statuses were sent to the students or old files were not removed from the learning platform.

Rating as a father of my 18 year old son. (Student for administrative informatics) Despite Corona the same exams were taken after the second semester as usual. Learning complex computer science only from home? A bad joke. Who is not there beforehand e.g. has completed a computer science course, he can eat the degree. It's best not to start at all. The LMAA feeling of the lecturers speaks for itself. Many students over 30 years of age, some with great professional experience. No consideration is given to an 18 year old FOS graduate without IT experience. He should see where he stays. This university is DEFINITELY unsuitable for young people! Better do an apprenticeship first.

For me, studying at the former FHVR was and still is the basis of my daily work. You get skills at hand, which always lead to the solution even with new challenges. Unfortunately, the capacity planning of the Free State is somewhat behind, which is why everything is bursting at the seams (parking, accommodation, lecturers).

The public service college in Hof is an instinct of arbitrariness. Examinations and even examinations often do not correspond to the subject matter of the courses, while the correction of examinations, identical examinations by reviewers are assessed to such an extent that deviations of up to 6 points are not uncommon. It is therefore a matter of luck, which corrector evaluates work. The placement of students is also a disaster in many cases. The rooms are full of vermin. Health-threatening mold in the wet rooms and rooms is often simply just painted over or newly overlaid. A student dorm is just two houses away from a brothel. Currywurst and schnitzel are the basic meals of the cafeteria for the students. Some courts even provide a higher rate of diarrhea than certain exams.
