Have been a regular customer for years. And not without reason. Always a good range of goods and always friendly staff. You can definitely recommend it.
Very good butcher with a large selection and good quality. There is also hot food.
I've been testing the box for a while at lunch.
Most of the dishes were good, but not all of them with different tastes.
Not so great for me:
- Berlin-style veal liver (in my experience they do in Berlin differently) and
- the Kasseler Ripperl (I expected something different).
On the other hand, the following were delicious:
- Venison stew,
- Krautwickerl,
- Tyrolean farmer's gröstl
- Turkey gyros and
- Creamed spinach (today), that was the burner for me.
There were others, but they stuck in my mind.
I can still recommend the Schachtl butcher's shop. Much is good or tasty.
