We bought an ointment that should be anti-inflammatory. The wrong product was sold. We were told on the phone that it is not a problem, we could go there and exchange the ointment for the right one. When I drove there and described my case (then for the third time) I was made aware that they would not exchange anything and that the cardboard box (the ointment was untouched) would have a small dent. I then put another 15 euros on the counter for the right ointment and left. The business seems to be going too well to pull something off, because keeping a customer who would shop there with the family for the next 30 years is far more valuable than the dent in the cardboard box or the 15 euros you took in at short notice.

Hm, funny if you point out the pharmacy that a certain drug of a certain company is free of charge and the customer is boldly told in the face that this is not true and demand the charges anyway. After reinsurance of the health insurance I was in the right (and no, with the change of the discount contracts one can not rausreden, since this case was current) ... Also the family doctor confirmed this and is also visible in the system at the pharmacies ...

On the way through, our little daughter was attacked by wasps and stung several times. Looking for help, we turned to the Sempt pharmacy. Our girl was cared for and treated in an uncomplicated and extremely helpful manner, and the advice of a doctor was also consulted. The quick treatment avoided complications and we were soon able to continue our journey with a clear conscience. A very big thank you to the Sempt Apotheke team led by Dr. Stadler!

I was in emergency service today and was given very rude and incompetent advice. Definitely not recommendable - sorry but that's not that the pharmacist says ... no idea
