Very good and helpful staff.
Not competent!
I bought my ORIS from "Watches and Jewelry Cieslik". I was given great advice and I still enjoy my wristwatch. Replacing and adjusting the bracelet was not a problem and it was carried out to my complete satisfaction.
For special occasions (wedding anniversary / birthday) it is the first choice for me when it comes to jewelry for my wife.
So far, I have never been wrong with my selection, thanks to the good advice of his employees.

The purest impudence the staff zero competence 👎
Mr. Cieslik was unable to pass my mechanical clock properly. It was a glasswork original with the movement GUB 10-30. He has me for an unfinished repair 250.- Euro and despite three times repair was not able to resolve the issues discussed and written down. These goods:
1. The hands adjusted when pressing the crown after changing the time or date
2. The power reserve had fallen sharply
3. The accuracy of the clock was bad
He had promised an original crown (he had described his contacts with Glashütte in detail) and had not delivered.
The watch remains - although worn on the wrist - sometimes just stand (after the overhaul), has little power reserve, is very inaccurate.
By the way, repair time about 8 weeks.
My conclusion: The money thrown out the window, he never sees me again.
