Warn small bakers.
Ordered the bread three days before pickup. But it was just forgotten !!!
My complaint in the head office by mail was simply not answered. Telephone inquiries were absolutely disinterested and dismissed in the highest degree rude.
In four outlets of the Hofpfisterei one was not able to make a simple order of bread. Mails to the head office were simply not answered. Telephone complaints in the headquarters did not interest the employees.
Pfisterbrot stop. unbeatable good, real bread!
