First visit, friendly reception and professional care of a very nice woman - it was not yet clear which Epi brace or bandage was right for me. Even after that, a minor problem with the wrong type of recipe (private instead of cash prescription) was easily solved (also in the subsequent phone call with the boss).
Many service companies can learn a bit here, keep it up, dear Reidl team!
After my hand surgery, I was given a so-called sugar tong splint in the hospital, it just bothered me and kept pressing. Been to the doctor 2 times to take remedial action, unfortunately without success
I got extremely quick and competent help here!
My splint was processed in a few minutes and now fits much better!

I need deposits on a regular basis and would never go anywhere else. Great competence is paired with unbeatable kindness. If there were ten stars, I would give them immediately.
Unfortunately I had to have an orthosis adjusted because of a cruciate ligament tear. I was given very courteous and extremely detailed advice here. I was completely satisfied.
Here you are treated very courteously, extremely customer-friendly and competent. I am more than satisfied with my insoles after foot surgery! Very good advice! At the first contact I was not yet able to go to the shop myself and was then visited for the footprint at home. Thanks a lot!
