The doctors in the house are very nice and competent, but you can forget about the medical assistants. It takes forever for someone to answer the phone, hardly anyone feels responsible for the reception and I have already received the wrong prescription for the THIRD time, so you really have to check every little thing - impossible!

Unfortunately, I didn't have the feeling that they were taking a little time to address my problem. Rather had the impression one is processed quickly. The nurses were very friendly.

My mother had sudden complaints and spontaneously went to the first doctor's office. The team and Dr. Baumgartl looked after you incredibly well! She believes that this practice is really just about people!

Bad practice cannot draw blood. At a new appointment, the doctor was totally unfriendly just because I pointed it out. That someone else should take blood from me who can. No more...
