We had a burner fault on the heater. (No flame after expiration of ignition sequence) Called Friday at 8 o'clock, half an hour later, the boss Mrs. Epp was at the door. A short time later, the ignition transformer was replaced and the heating is running again. Very nice, incredibly fast and not even a comment that we first tried to fix the problem instead of calling the specialist right away. An exemplary craft enterprise!
