Not recommended. Absolutely rude and not suitable for children ... Because of this great explanation on the website: - - -> "In order not to let this fear arise, we devote ourselves to our little ones with a lot of peace and playful attention" (copied from the website), we have opted for this doctor / practice. Unfortunately, nothing is absolutely right. We will not go there in the future.

Very good dentist have been in the treatment of bridges over implants for 8 years and again and what else is there to do. There has never been a cause for complaint of any kind. I can not share such a bad report. Just for information I get nothing for my rating. But I do not want to leave such a bad recession.

I too can not understand such a bad rating. My whole family has been with Ms. Gärtner for many years and we are always satisfied.

07/26/2018 Completely incompetent, extremely unfriendly, insensitive and harsh. Has taken out her bad mood and incompetence on my daughter and me. Incapable of dealing with children. If it would work I would not have given any stars Here is the third course of the appointment: (first was to look up, second appointment to treat the first hole) third appointment on 07/25/2018 with my daughter (4 years old), unfortunately she has a few holes, was over my daughter's head the whole time stood and held her hand to calm her down (my sons 12 and 9 years old had no holes so far) - just for information. The Dr. Gärtner had a rather gruff, unfriendly tone right from the start. When she gave my daughter the anesthetic, the first thing she did was press her lip to her teeth with the devices and injured her so much that it started to bleed, because she wasn't paying attention, didn't react a bit, despite what I said that she is bleeding, only the saying "if you don't stand still I can't do it right" came up. It wasn't my daughter's fault, but rather the inability of the dentist who doesn't seem to be able to use her equipment. Unfortunately, my daughter started to cry because the syringe hurt her this time. So I calm down and only nag the doctor that she has to keep quiet then that works too. When the drilling started, my daughter started crying again and said it hurts. Doctor's reaction: "It can't hurt, it's numb". Completely insensitive. Of course she feels something and even if it is just uncomfortable, a 4-year-old cannot tell apart, and every person is different and reacts differently to painkillers. Weeping continued, I calm down, then the sentence "Actually, at that age she can't have teeth like that, you have to watch out for it" in an outrageous, extremely impolite tone. I just suggested "yes, but must be done now". It was the third appointment, why is this person talking as if they were seeing their teeth for the first time? So swipe at me to distract from their incompetence. When she finished she ran away. Had actually made an appointment with the dental assistant, was thinking the whole time, which I canceled over the phone at home because I won't do such an outrageous, bitchy, extremely bad-tempered person to my daughter. I am very shocked by Ms. Gaertner, I have not seen such a terribly rude, incompetent, insensitive doctor for a long time. Dental assistant was very nice. I would advise against going to this doctor.
