Actually no star at all. Was in severe pain over the weekend. And it was said that Dr Knöll was on emergency duty. Half an hour in front of the closed door but nobody was there. Nobody answered the phone either. It's really sad to see the patients who do not go to the emergency service without a reason

Get an appointment quickly. Super friendly staff. Competent, very friendly doctor. This practice is highly recommended.

The doctor is absolutely great, you are in good hands here. The waiting times can go over 1 hour.
