The doctors are just great, always helpful and they really take a lot of time for you. Unfortunately, the ladies at reception are not particularly friendly and sometimes have a tone that I personally don't think is ok. But as I said the doctors are great!

Great practice with a super medical team! The only negative: the very, very unfriendly receptionist at the counter. You have to be snorted at almost every time because of something. It is a mystery to me that this is still tolerated by the bosses in practice.

CONCLUSION: General physician group practice recommended. ||| POSITIVE: Very competent advice that takes patient wellbeing into account. Timely appointments. Very friendly staff. Modern premises as the practice moved in late 2018. There is always a parking space in front of the door. Practice suitable for wheelchairs. ||| NEGATIVE: You like to hang out on the phone for a while. No mobile phone reception in practice. A guest WiFi would be great ;-) ||| COMMENT: Complaints about long waiting times are a subjectively wrong assessment. Nobody can plan emergencies! I've seen a lot of doctors. In comparison, the waiting times are absolutely reasonable. In addition, the patients are divided by doctor, so there are logically different patient calls.
