Arthur is a super nice and motivated guy and was able to make yoga tasty for me, even though I was honestly biased. My back pain actually got better and it also really relaxed. Gladly again!
I could never do much with yoga and was quite biased! Then I met Arthur and let me convince for a session and I was thrilled! With a lot of joy and competence he also takes a lot of time for beginners like me! Can only recommend it, thanks, Arthur!

I have to honestly say that because of my immobility with yoga I have only connected pain and agony. At a seminar in the morning, Arthur gave a yoga course, in which he then necessarily had to participate. The way he did the yoga was pleasing to me. If I remember correctly, he called it "Flow Yoga". I thought it was good and I was determined to visit him again, because it has grounded me super.
