I have done several yoga classes with Sonja and I am absolutely thrilled. Sonja explains all exercises very well and creates a nice atmosphere with her warm, warm nature. I highly recommend Sonja's courses.

Was already a couple of times at Sonja for individual treatment. Helped me very much. She specifically addresses my needs and switches between energy massages, quantum healing and meditation techniques. The conversation with her was helpful too. Could better face and deal with my grief and illness. Thanks a lot! I can highly recommend Sonja!

Sonja has put together a Back Yoga Short program for everyday life, which I like to practice regularly. Since then, my back pain has disappeared, I feel fit and relaxed! Many thanks

I had a wonderful "time off yoga weekend" in a very pleasant group with a sympathetic, warm, natural and very competent yoga teacher. It was the first weekend with Sonja, but not the last !!! Absolutely recommendable!
