A clearly minor answered the phone. The technician came three times to repair the heating system, but we still don't have any hot water. If you want to get rid of your money, I advise you to burn it or give it to someone who needs it. Nobody gives me back the nerves and the lifetime that Lutz Haustechnik GmbH has cost me and I advise everyone against using these services.

After I explained my problem with the dishwasher on the phone, the tradesman came who was amazed and said that he did not touch the dishwasher. Travel and no help were of course charged anyway. One could have clarified on the phone without relieving me of some money.
