About the textile cleaning, I can not make a statement, but about the carried out by a partner company carpet cleaning.
No callback, no reaction to my e-mail in the event of a complaint.
The lady from Sauberland came even with the boldest saying, my carpet would be of inferior quality, and the carpet is indeed already two years old. The carpet was previously in perfect condition.
Content of the complaint, Hochflorfasern had dissolved.
No customer-friendly behavior on the part of Sauberland!
