Quality is good, I like to shop here, but the employees are hard-working. Either you chat longer with customers, play with your mobile phone or you are simply ignored. like the saleswoman who could be found again this morning, don't go at all.
I say good morning, she doesn't even look at me, turns around and goes backwards. Occurs ignore me and put something away. And only then will I be noticed and greeted very snippily. Today was the last time I went shopping here.
Very often, especially bread rolls and baguettes are baked several times, probably to pretend freshness or get rid of old goods. As a rule, bread rolls are hard, dry and burnt here, they look like they were the day before. A bread slicer is not available here, actually standard in every bakery. Not recommendable!

The level of satisfaction varies depending on the seller. Some don't go at all, some try hard and are nice. The other day a presumably Turkish employee sat a little further back and stared at music videos on the HANDY. You felt like you were being disturbed. The new male service, however, is friendly and nice. Baked goods rather average. Packaging for bread rather sub-optimal.
