Friendly staff. The employees are motivated, competent and helpful. Unfortunately, there are few appointments, you have to make them well in advance. As a long-term patient, I am completely satisfied. The therapist is friendly, you are well advised and treated well when you have questions. Parking spaces are available

You feel like a supplicant who can be grateful on your knees to get appointments in a few weeks. (Private patient) We were told this very unfriendly. Questions are also undesirable. This is not customer orientation! That's why we went to another physiotherapy practice.
