They have a lot of kids courses for all the ages and nice facilities...
Well suited for beginners to get into weight training, as you will be well looked after by the trainers, but if you are more successful and passionate you should rather switch to another gym, as the atmosphere is more surrounded by retirees and health athletes, rather than people one motivate yourself and do the sport passionately. Heavy training, where it can get louder, is not tolerated here, hence my conclusion: As a beginner, very well suited to get into the movement sequences, but after +3 years of intensive you will no longer be happy here
The equipment is great. It's clean, which is important to me. The trainers recommend that you stay fit with their help.
Very good studio with well trained staff and well maintained equipment. Everything was very well thought out and clean. The new outdoor area is very innovative and moves with the times. Absolutely to suggest.
