the very direct colleague was extremely rude (reminds me more of shearing sheep). Really friendly and asking if it was not suitable ... My request was then answered with incomprehension, since you "already cut" above. No matter, will not come back.

Since I had made an appointment, I didn't have to wait. Was served friendly and I am very satisfied with the haircut.

I went to shave the sides because they were very long. Actually, I had made the appointment with a lady, but she wasn't there and so I had to make do with a man I had never seen before, but who spoke to me as if I were his drinking buddy for Saturday evening and not a man Customer. I didn't really feel comfortable in his company and on the chair I had to sit on, even less because my predecessor's hair was still there. So hygiene and cleanliness weren't given much attention (especially in times of Corona!) And actually I should have got up and left, but you don't want to be rude ... As for the haircut itself, I explained exactly how I would like it, but these wishes would be completely ignored. The reaction to criticism or requests to rework points was annoyed. At the back of my head, where there should have been a transition, I had several edges shaved from the hair clipper. The "hairdresser" apparently only knew the hair clipper as a working material. Other hairdressers made the transition with scissors, and I looked like a 5 year old had cut my hair. My roommate was then allowed to rework at home with his hair clipper. Conclusion: For the ladies at Klier, who normally cut my hair, my wishes weren't implemented either, but at least it still looked good and was well done. But thanks to this absolutely incompetent hairdresser, my hairstyle is now completely ruined and my trust in the hairdressers from Klier completely destroyed. The Klier clearly saw me for the last time.

Here you are reliably well styled. Has become my "regular hairdresser".

Unfortunately, quite unfriendly. Service also leaves something to be desired. The service was very rough. It shouldn't be like this. When the hairdresser is in pain. The cut is so far successful. Only aks overpriced. All in all not really recommended.
