The haircut or the skills of the employees are not rated in this post because I haven't even gotten to make an appointment. A few days ago, out of spontaneity, I called Moni's hair fashions to ask in a really super friendly and open manner whether you spontaneously have a gap in your calendar for a mere haircut on the same or next day. After all, it does happen that appointments are postponed or customers cancel. True to the motto: Questions don't cost anything and a no would not have been a problem for me either. However, they said no to me in such a brisk tone as if there had been a "how did you come up with such an idea ???" got behind it. I was really surprised by the tone and, to be honest, a little annoyed. Instead of telling me that unfortunately there is no longer an appointment and offering to sign me up on another day, there was a simple, brisk "no" and that ended the conversation. I apologized politely and politely and that was it. Pity!
