I had the Nagel company do all the work in my house. All fittings have been correctly and perfectly replaced and installed. Really good craftsmanship. A few months ago, I had my entire heating system replaced by the Nagel company. They installed a brand new heater for me. This heating is just perfect and works perfectly with the solar thermal elements on the roof, which were also installed by the Nagel company. I can fully recommend this company. The short official route is worth it. Quick help is guaranteed. And the employees of this company also come by at impossible times. All in all, a very serious, very competent company. And great employees. Really good. We recommend.

Beware, the spoken word doesn't count when new, better perspectives open up. The same is the case with writing. It's actually a shame, Mr Nagel gave a very reliable impression. 10/8/20 The answer says it all

Inadequate in many areas. Scheduling only in the morning. When asked whether the craftsman can come in the afternoon, you only get a reply: "We don't work until night!" The appointment only works through a friend who is then approached in an unfriendly manner. The craftsman exchanged a shower siphon. The craftsman then claims the old siphon had been unscrewed and the whole apartment was soaked with water. On request and personally introduce whether you could get a written confirmation of what work was carried out, you get the answer: “We have your telephone number, we would contact you. After a lot of back and forth, the Nagel company moved away from its claim. In short, a very incompetent and dubious company that you should keep your hands off of. I can only answer the comment below with a tired smile: The landlord at the time wanted to prove that the damage was done to me. He asked me to unscrew something and see if the shower was still working. I refused this because I am not familiar with craftsmanship. Now assume that I caused the damage? As a businessman, you should know that your submission is a criminal offense. This only closes the circle of a dubious company. Information about the cause of the damage was given verbally to my mother by her employee. Very questionable telling lies. But their business practices are not mine.
