We have approx. Waited 6 months for an offer, but unfortunately there was no response. After several phone calls he came to our construction site and promised to send us an offer within 2 days. Unfortunately, nothing came after a week. We called the seeberger company and asked when we would get the offer. Suddenly they said we unfortunately cannot take your order because we are currently very busy! Dubiously irresponsible, simply NOT RECOMMENDED !!!

Currently (Corona) it is difficult for private craftsmen to get "material" unless it is to be ordered over the Internet. It was just a seal for the dishwasher, penny item (cents). The fitter, who was shopping himself, asked about the seal in the supermarket parking lot, took out his assortment box and gave me one. He didn't even want anything for it! This is what service looks like, the five deserve it. great

We want to renovate our bathroom and that is why we were at the Seeberger exhibition today. When we told an employee that we had some questions, he sent us a colleague. It took about 10 minutes until the young man (hands in his pockets) came up to us, apparently completely annoyed. Hello. Nothing more came. My husband talked and the employee briefly responded to questions. Proper advice was probably not important to him. No: "I can show you some suggestions. What did you imagine, etc ..." NIX. He didn't even take his hands out of his pockets. Instead, we keep hearing that this and that is very expensive. As if he were saying: You can't afford that anyway. I was annoyed by the "advice" from the very first second. My husband made an effort anyway and wanted to find out a lot. After about 10 minutes: "Yes, no or that will be very expensive", my husband thanked him and said we might get in touch. OK. Goodbye and off. He hasn't even missed eye contact with me anymore. Two steps away, the young man was able to take his hands out of his green camouflage shorts to check his cell phone. That wasn't competent advice and, to be honest, I find it outrageous that customers who don't drive up in the Porsche are not taken seriously. We will not commission our bathroom there !!!
